The Curable Are Incurable

Many Democrats, and Republicans are very busy being, Democrats, and Republicans with little time to notice the issues.  They are quite interested, and focused on their candidates getting elected to take the country in the same direction.  As long as they can keep you believing that there is a difference, they will.

They have both contributed to the sum total of the United States economic condition, and every other issue that surrounds that economy.  They are both responsible for laws placing more, and more limitations upon us, and enclosures around us with every new bill CONgress votes in to law. Just as the herd is being corralled in an orderly fashion so,  is the population of the United States.

The government wants to regulate every move you make.  Your remaining freedoms are soon to be violated.

This blog will be dealt with accordingly.  New laws regulating the internet, to protect you from those peering in will be the bottom line reasons given.  That is not the truth.  We have known, and dealt with those who spy upon us, and yet, we’re okay with continuing.  We are adults, in a free society, and we are dealing with it.  Leave us to do that or, is there some underlying reasons for the proposed internet laws?

Let me guess.  Control.  Money.  More control of information.  That is how dictatorships begin.  Control of information.  For those left on the internet, you will pay a premium fee to the providers as it will cost them more to provide a tiered internet.

There are no benefits for the general public just more enclosures, more limitations.

Try bringing a school lunch to a public school that is not up to USDA standard in some locales.  The control is beginning to take place.  You can’t do that, any more.  Not on government property.  It is becoming government property not, public property.  Government schools, not public schools.

Health care.  Look how your government has made health care so difficult with a multitude of variations, limitations, and enclosures that, no one can understand.  Those suffering from that which is curable, can’t be cured because of the number of restrictions upon prescription medicines, and treatments.

Look at all of what you can’t do without the unnecessary licenses, permits, etc. There are some necessary but, some are not. Whole government agencies are kept in business for the unnecessary.

The government is suppose to be representing the majority of individuals, and not answerable to religions or, corporations but, only to assist those individuals within them.

There wasn’t suppose to be a public policy on abortion.  That should be between the healthcare provider, and the individual patient.  Those professing a religion know or, should know, their ‘God’ did not create them to be a judge as there is, only one judge.  It is not our business to intervene as according to my understanding of religion, we’re not to be in the way of someone, and ‘God.’  And yet, diverse to the tenets of all religion, many of you stand between someone, and their ‘God,’ using government as a way to do that.

The original reasons given for government was to provide public transportation, and services for the common good.  That’s it. Nothing else.

Look where your CONgress has gotten you with, their far reaching tentacles.  An economy that was once great, and now suffers.  Limitations, and enclosures on everything you say or, do. 

Ask Chinese, Canadian,  Australian, and Iraqi  children which country they think is the greatest.  They are being taught nothing different in their homelands as we teach in the U.S.A.  Instead of knowledge, children are fed an allegiance to the best, their own. There is comparatively nothing wrong therefore, be grateful.  That’s all that is necessary for the schools to teach.

In other countries, schools use the negative transparency of the United States as an example.

These are some of the issues presented by, Occupy Wall Street.  Occupy is finding out occupying was a good strategy but, only to get some needed initial attention.  Occupy must move forward from their initial strategy, and take action from within to become legitimized.

We must also take a closer look at Republicans, and Democrats, voting them out while we can so, America reigns once again as an example for a free world.  Where once again, the world’s population looks at us as, an example.

 

BREAKING THE BROKE & BROKEN

OCCUPY WALL STREET CONTINUES TO OCCUPY, AND THE BROKE, AND BROKEN CONTINUE BREAKING.

THE OCCUPIERS HAVE THEIR OPPONENTS.  THE OPPONENTS ARE, AND HAVE BEEN FOR YEARS ECHOING ONE SENTIMENT.  IT IS THE ONE WE INDOCTRINATE OUR YOUNGEST CHILDREN WITH, FROM GRADE SCHOOL FORWARD.  WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY TRAINED THEM TO BELIEVE, THEY LIVE IN THE GREATEST FREE COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.

THE UNITED STATES WAS BUILT ON THAT PREMISE BUT, WE HAVE NOT MAINTAINED THE PROMISE OF THE PREMISE.  THAT IS WHY OCCUPY WALL STREET IS OUT THERE.  THEY, ALONG WITH MUCH OF THE POPULATION WANT RESTORATION.

IT IS THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT THAT HAS CHIPPED AWAY AT OUR BASIC MODEL.  THEY HAVE VEERED FROM WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE, TO SOMETHING ELSE FAR FROM WHAT THE FOUNDERS HAD INTENDED.

SOME, WHO ARE THE ROBOT THINKERS OF OUR SOCIETY WANT EVERYONE BACK TO THAT GRADE SCHOOL INDOCTRINATION.  THEY ARE INCENSED THAT YOU WOULD SAY ANYTHING OR, BELIEVE ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT.  TO THEM, WE ARE UN-AMERICAN.  TO THEM, TO SUPPORT ANY POLITICAL PARTY OTHER THAN THEIRS, IS ALSO UN-AMERICAN.

OUR FOUNDER’S PAPERS, ALSO KNOWN AS THE U.S. CONSTITUTION IS DIVERSE TO THAT THOUGHT.  IN FACT, IT SAYS, TO THE BOTTOM LINE, FREEDOM OF THOUGHT, AND PROTEST IS, AN AMERICAN RIGHT, THE AMERICAN WAY.  THE RIGHT TO EXPRESS YOUR THOUGHTS REGARDING THE GOVERNMENT IS A MECHANISM TO KEEP THE GOVERNMENT FROM OVERREACHING, AND PREVENTING THE ULTIMATE RIGHTS GIVEN IN THE CONSTITUTION.

THE ROBOT THINKERS WOULD RATHER KEEP THEIR MINDS BURIED IN THE SAND.  AFTER ALL, THIS IS THE UNITED STATES.  JUST BECAUSE IT’S THE UNITED STATES, NOTHING’S WRONG.  NOTHING WILL EVER GO WRONG, AND NOTHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED.  IT IS, ACCORDING TO THEM, ALL THE REASONING YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR MOUTHS SHUT.  SOUNDS DICTATORIAL, AND VERY MUCH, UN-AMERICAN.

ALL OF THAT SAID, THE ROBOTS HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO FEEL AS THEY DO, AND SAY SO WITH ALL THE FERVOR THEY CAN MUSTER.  IT IS, AFTER ALL, THE UNITED STATES.

OCCUPY NEEDS TO UNOCCUPY & REOCCUPY

I support anybody’s right to protest peaceably, in this country.  I am an ardent supporter of the OCCUPY WALL STREET core ideal.  All 100% of us on one, level playing field.

However,…………….now what?  OCCUPY has made a point but, now what?

A leaderless occupancy is not enough.  Don’t misunderstand, a lot has been accomplished but, all that can be accomplished has been accomplished if, the group is going to remain just where it is, now. 

A group like OCCUPY will finally be, historical with nothing to show if, it stagnates, slowly fading away.  The group needs to graduate to a new level for survival.

OCCUPY needs leaders.  Not in the context of being the boss but, for organizational purposes.  OCCUPY needs to come together in further solidarity.  There is no further action at this point.  Is OCCUPY stagnating?  Just fading away with nothing to show in the end for its’ efforts?

The time has come for OCCUPY to unoccupy the premises, and take a big step to reorganize, and occupy the electoral system.  Take action to take the ‘CON’ out of CONgress.  OCCUPY has one great opportunity to reapply for occupancy where it counts, in November, 2012.

For the first time in several decades, somebody has to make an election, issue oriented with a step by, step process accompanied by, a time line for accomplishment.  The time line, and step by, step process is a contract.  If not done, get out!  The whole group gets out because, it will take the whole group to fail.

The American people deserve much more than playground antics, including bullying, name calling, and an emphasis on accomplishing nothing.  Nothing, except for its’ largest donors.

Our CONgress currently gets paid a salary for spending most of their time on a playground.  Lobbyists decide any actual forthcoming rules.

It is time for America’s government to be occupied by, the people, and for the people.  All 100% of the people.

PARTY ON

The Republicans will make a choice.  They’ll have an opponent for the Democrats, and we will be the beneficiaries of four more years of much the same.  Party politics.

This horrible President replaced a horrible President.  This horrible President will be replaced with the results of the 2012 election or, the next. Four years after that, we’ll have another election to replace a horrible President with another meeting the same criteria.

The Republican definition of a horrible President would be a Democrat.  The Democratic definition, Republican.  Either way, we’ll always have a horrible President.   They will let you know the ‘facts’ through the eyes, and ears of the media.

Each time we will be sold the same thing.  Equality.  We’ll finally arrive at class equality.  There will finally be a chief seller of the goods that the 99% are looking for but, will never see.   The chief seller of promises, and the new occupant on the Hill will be paying dividends to his/her ‘investors.‘

The 1% will lobby, and continue to pay for legislation, and the 99% will receive written replies from their Representatives to the letters we may write. They will write that they understand how you feel.  Dividends must be paid as the next election is only months down the road but, they do understand.

At that time, the parties will be busy continuing a never ending blame game for which they both are responsible.  The Republicans will decree that they are trying to cooperate, and so will the Democrats but, there will be no cooperation from either of the Parties.  They will both be too busy for anything but, re-positioning for the next election.

Nothing will change.  No matter the outcome, unless we change our status-quo habits, that’s what we’ll get…..more of the status-quo.

The impedance to change in Washington is not the Democrats, and not the Republicans but, both combined.  Party on!

I AM ONLY FOLLOWING ORDERS

In Nazi Germany, they picked several classifications of people by, religion, and disabilities amongst others. They erased them from their society.  They would have a pure, super-race that would defend the government regardless of policy.  Those able to choose life over death would just ‘follow orders,’ even if it meant sacrificing any ethical standards employed as the very fabric of their existence,

The United States is in the process of picking out people, and they are being profiled in some cases with a permanent record as a dissident but, in actuality peaceably assembling according to the rights afforded in the Constitution of the United States.  They are brave people testing the written word of this country set by, the Founding Fathers.

The United States is at war with itself.  The U.S.A. is at war with the very principles of the Constitution that supposedly bind them.  Local jurisdictions are breaking up peaceful assemblies of protest all across the country.  The authorities are arresting people for peaceably assembling on the streets to file their grievances about the government, and its’ refusal to perform as it should.

They begin peacefully but,  local enforcers arrive with all kinds of weapons to disperse the crowds. Then, it begins to appear as something it isn’t.  They stir up the crowd, tell them it is no longer peaceful, and begin arresting people.  What motivates local authorities?  One four letter word; Fear.

So, I ask:  How is it, we send our children to school to learn these very principles while in practice these same principles are literally being violated?  Are we telling outright lies to our children?  ‘Looks good on paper, just don’t actually exercise your rights within the Constitution because there are consequences in real life.’  Do we teach them an allegiance based on false principle?

When I was in grade school, we were taught that we stood alone as a pillar of freedom for the entire planet.  As I look back, I wonder what they taught, and what they are teaching the kids in England, Australia, and Canada to name only three of several other ‘free’ societies.

We have had a certain ‘elitism’ about our freedom, and people of other countries at our doorstep with a desire for the same freedoms spelled out in our Constitution.  Are they now seeing us differently as videos of our reality are digitally displayed for the planet?  Are they laughing at us?

My son who is, a college student understands the principles but, also has a lot of common sense. He realizes you must always be aware.  The best of intentions may only, in reality be, just intentions not to be practiced without consequence.

Those in law enforcement choosing their paychecks over unemployment are just following orders.  Many of them have families.  They are just following orders.  Sound familiar?

Those who uphold the status-quo miss the point, altogether.  Right now, they are naming a chosen group as dissidents but, what if, tomorrow the status-quo become the hunted.  The hunter may be somebody who is ‘just following orders.’

Core principles have been shattered in the United States.  Too many interpretations of those principles.  No interpretations necessary as those principles were well written, succinct, absolutely without question to the point.  Read the Constitution verbatim.

The Founding Fathers of this country would be so proud of the ‘Occupiers’ for exercising their rights under the Constitution to peaceably assemble in protest , and conversely so ashamed of our CONgress’ inability to act  on anybody’s behalf, save 1%.

..Of the people, for the people by, the people……Let me interpret…..Of 1% of the people, for 1% of the people, by, 1% of the people….

 

UNINFORMED, ILL INFORMED, NOT INFORMED

I want to be sure no credence is paid to the uninformed, ill informed, the not informed. 

So, with every sentence to anyone who will listen, I will make sure that you are included as being uninformed in every spoken situation I encounter.  Every discussion, every written word will be about you, and how uninformed you really are.  It will be habitual, and neatly packaged.  You will be discredited.  You’ll be labeled.  There will be many laughs at your expense.

I will be so good at this, that others will stop asking questions because I will be believed.  It will be everywhere just because I have repeated the message over, and over that you, are uninformed.  I know you, are uninformed, and misinformed.  You must be, because I am informed, and part of the status-quo.  I like the status-quo because I have power, and money. 

How do I know you’re uninformed?  Obviously, you disagree with me.  Rather than get in to any issue at hand, I will, with more fervor than you could ever imagine, let everyone know just how uninformed you are.  That’s how I will deal with my fear of you.  I will scream the loudest! 

I have more access to the media than you because of my status in society.  Let me pause to laugh momentarily as I truly realize you, among others like you, have given me this status.  You dare to question or, protest the status-quo where I am one of the beneficiaries.  I will crush, you, and any positive reputation you may enjoy.  You will be known as an uninformed misfit.

The COWards of CONgress are fearful because, at one time they were thinking these ‘Occupiers’  at Wall Street would just fade.  They’d go away.  Instead, the group has taken the opposite direction, and expanded over the entire planet.

This is the kind of garbage Occupy Wall Street participants must endure on a daily basis from the COWards of CONgress, and others who, by the way are uninformed, ill informed, not informed about Americans who must make deals with utilities each month to keep their status-quo of electricity, gas, and water for their homes.  The Americans who have mounting health, and education bills that so consume them as they frantically look for a way to help themselves out of their financial problems.  Those who must just, walk away from their mortgages. The Americans who join the many as no longer credit worthy by, the status-quo.

The status-quo enables many career politicians to continue their eventual capture, and destruction of the Bill Of Rights.  

It is best for the status-quo that as many avenues as possible are blocked.  Nobody gets through.  Violate the basic freedoms afforded Americans to peaceably assemble, and the right to protest  as an adversary of the status-quo.  Anything.  Because after all, it is the status-quo, and because it is the status-quo, that’s the American way.  Don’t be un-American, and uninformed.

My status-quo begins here: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.   

 

 

 

 

 

BE VERY AFRAID

The upper income class owns the ‘democracy’ in the United States.  They buy laws favoring their income class.  Their paid for message to the public is; ‘Don’t upset the ‘apple cart.  This is the system of the United States, and you are disloyal by, protesting the system.’  They continue with rhetoric beginning with, ‘Our founding Fathers, etc.’

Don’t buy the message.  Every move made by, them is one more move away from loyalty to what the ‘Founding Fathers’ had supposedly envisioned.  They are very comfortable as long as you continue in fear, and buy their message while they buy laws, Politicians, and their votes.

Unfortunately, their upper income class message rings clear to much of the public.  Be loyal or, you are not a ‘true American.’  After all, do you want to be labeled ‘Un-American, a devotee of anything but, American?’  They literally live the lie but, pass the label to anyone outside their bought, and paid for democracy.

There are a few who continue to focus on their improprieties, have gained an audience but, have been hammered by, the message.  Michael Moore is one, and Arianna Huffington another.  This does not necessarily mean I support their points of view every time.  These are people exercising the right to protest, and the right to be heard.  Which by the way is a basic American tenet.  They are quite loyal.

Occupy Wall Street illustrates that many are breaking the fear boundaries, and subscribing to tenets that belong to Americans.  They are testing a nervous Wall Street, and the COWards of CONgress who are in hiding.

Do we once more allow these Republicans and Democrats who are literally ruining America in to the House of ‘So-Called Representatives’ or, is it time to ‘Occupy the House?’

 

 

OCCUPY

Once again, I’m going to occupy this space for the same reasons Occupy Wall Street occupies the space they occupy.  This is my occupation of space for grievance.

While I continue to think of Wall Street as a symptom of the problems most concerning this group, I am certainly not saying Wall Street isn’t full of willing participants.  I do believe they had their hands on my meager (by their standards) 401-k.  Of course, I’m speaking indirectly but, Wall Street’s hands were. and are still picking at my retirement in the hopes they can maintain their hold on this country.  That angers me to say the least. 

The question is, if Wall Street isn’t the problem, where is the problem?  Who is the problem?  I’ve repeated it for all to read, several times.   The (insert sarcasm→) esteemed (← end sarcasm) Joint Houses of CONgress.  Wall Street participants enjoy unethical, legal opportunities afforded them from the U.S. Taxpayer courtesy of the COWards of CONgress who wrote the laws, and maintain the laws directly proportionate to the outpouring of campaign dollars.

The United States stands alone in a quest to continue a ‘true’ democracy but, the COWards of CONgress bow to campaign dollars, the people behind those dollars, and power.  That comes first which is why this country’s principles of democracy are compromised, and falling to a new low.  It is why the rhetoric being taught our children is a falsehood.  They are taught what we were suppose to be with, the implication that is who we are, right now.  We are not what was intended nor are we as we once were.  

The right to assemble in protest is an essential part of our democracy, and politicians around the country are fighting that very principle.  They don’t fight that principle in the name of America.  Rather they fight this, and many other issues in the name of their chosen political affiliation for positioning.

America is sick.  Sick of CONgress, sick because of CONgress.  Maybe it’s time to sweep out the House, 100%!  Maybe it’s time to ‘Occupy the House.’
