Just like many of the comments allowed for one thing, and another, anywhere on the internet, MSNBC’s reader comments on different subject matter seldom reaches the subject matter, and graced with, typically illiterate comments.
If you want a good example, you probably have to search the videos on MSNBC-tv.
As an aside, these comments are not exclusive to MSNBC. They are everywhere on the internet.
We have a country where you have the right to protest the way the government is run. However, according to those rough, tough, well thought out comments; If you do protest, you’re not patriotic.
‘Just go home, take a bath, and get a job.’ How profound. Really at the core of the issues.
I want to go in to a characterization of someone who thinks anything out for a negative number of seconds, if that long. The equivalent of the Junior High School backyard bully with a vocabulary of 10 words. Don’t need reasons. What’s reasons? ‘College? Heck, I never even went to High School. I got this smart all by, myself.’
Those most prolific with their comments, don’t even care about or, think about working their rear ends in to the ground at a job, maybe two jobs to bring everything together each month.
Nothing wrong with a hard work ethic. Their thoughts don’t go beyond there. Stuck. It is how they will spend their lives. Hard working, which is good, and patriotic to the system even if, it is broken, cheated upon, and maligned.
One of the problems is, most of them see nothing beyond where they are right now. It’s the way it should be, and they want all of us to settle for the same existence.
No, thank you. I still have a life time to get beyond that ridiculously, low, hum-drum existence. I have a much higher opinion of myself than they obviously have of themselves.
Let’s not dismiss those within the upper echelon who are, quite worried that they would have to become involved in a fair system, after receiving breaks few of us are allowed. They will join forces with the opposite extremes, and in fact allow them to do the work, in example with comments on the internet to keep it all, as is. So, one class is being played by, those with every intention of remaining a privileged class.
I do look at a much maligned system. Maligned by, the top players who manage their income as a privileged part of our society, and therein lies the problem. It begins with a biased tax system assisting them in shielding their income with self serving loopholes. Many of them keep more of their money than we do beginning with the CONgress.
Many leaving comments on MSNBC are obviously okay with that. Work hard, don’t care about that because they are patriotic, and they don’t complain. Taking it a step further, those in charge are allowed as much of their income as they want to take within the system. It’s patriotic.
The reason these people are content is, they haven’t even got the where with all to realize there are issues necessary to address so, the system becomes, what it should become. Fair, and equal for all of us.
If I told them, Occupy Wall Street is not asking for hand outs but, instead a group campaigning for fair play for all of us, they would respond with an inquisitiveness, and one of the lead words in their vocabulary; ‘Huh?’
By the way, the carefully, politically orchestrated Bush 2013 tax increases are on the way…..for everyone! In continued discriminatory, disproportionate amounts.
Huh? Guess I’ll find a third job…..It’s the patriotic thing to do!
